Super simple & delicious crockpot barbacoa
Hit the link for a great barbacoa recipe. I was going to post some pics, but they’re probably not necessary. This recipe is super easy and it turned out great. So good that I’m defrosting two roasts to double it up tomorrow. I think the secret is the Adobo chilies… so good.
